what does anyone know about a nonprofit company called Safeguard for debt-relief?

Author: I’ve heard it’s nonprofit – whatever that means? it’s supposed to have a good rating. and not too expensive. Do not want to give anybody my power-of-attorney or sign anything with a notary.
